Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Pinch Calls account (the app published by Duo Labs Inc., also known as "Pinch") and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@startpinch.com from the email address or using the phone number associated with your Pinch Calls account.
2. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line.
3. We'll confirm your identity (to protect your account) and delete it. Your account and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days.

What we keep, and for how long

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons we retain a limited set of records after deletion:

• Billing and transaction records required by law — retained up to 24 months, or longer where required by applicable law.
• Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that are no longer linked to you — retained indefinitely.

Note: subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
